TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Registration and application fee of new student is 1000 aed (application fee 500 aed and registration fee 500 aed), must be paid onsite in cash payment only. Please note that slot availability is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Application fee is refundable if the school does not offer the student place; non-refundable if the school offers the student place but chooses not to take it; non-deductible from the total tuition fees to be paid if the student is offered and accepts place.
- The registration fee is non-refundable, except in cases of extenuating or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund may be requested within one month from the date the assessment test results are released.
- The assessment of school fees must be duly signed during the scheduled assessment test. In the event of a change in the mode of payment, requests must be submitted via email no later than June 15, 2026. Please note that assessment of school fees may be subject to change in accordance with KHDA directives on fee increases.
- Seat registration does not guarantee automatic admission. It only secures seat availability for the upcoming Academic Year 2026–2027.
- The reservation for each student is treated individually. Paid registration fee is non-transferable and cannot be applied to another student.
- Failure to comply with the scheduled enrollment, which will be announced on May 25, 2026, will result in the automatic forfeiture of your child's reservation.
- All required admission documents must be completed and submitted within the specified enrollment period. Failure to provide the required documents on or before the deadline will result in your child not being allowed to enroll until all requirements are fully completed and verified.
- Submission of the required documents for KHDA student registration must be completed during enrollment, the deadline of submission will be on July 24, 2026.
- The Academic and Assessment Committee reserves the right to forfeit the student’s seat reservation upon careful deliberations based on the result of the admission assessment test. In some cases, third party assessment is required.
- FOR STUDENTS OF DETERMINATION:
1. Documentation & Disclosure
· Parents/guardians must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information relating to the student’s academic, medical, social, emotional, behavioral and learning needs at the time of application.
· This includes disclosure of any additional educational needs, SEND information, psychological/medical reports or any therapies conducted for the student.
· Parents must submit all professional documentation (Educational records, psychological reports, medical, therapy reports) during the seat reservation process.
· Documentation must be issued by qualified professionals and should be current and relevant to the students’ needs.
· Parents must provide accurate information about any siblings of SEND students enrolled or seeking enrolment at the school in accordance with the school’s inclusive education procedures.
· Non-disclosure or misrepresentation of relevant information may result in withdrawal of the seat in accordance with KHDA guidelines.
2. Provision Mapping & Capacity Review
· Seat reservation for Students of Determination (SOD) is conditional and subject to:
o Review of reports by the Inclusion Team.
o Internal assessments/observations.
o Evaluation of the school’s capacity to meet the students’ needs.
3. Additional Support & Costs
· Following internal assessment tests and observations during the admission process, the school may request parents to submit psychological reports for further clarification of a student’s needs, prior to issuing final admission confirmation.
· If Learning Support Assistant (LSA) is required, it will be communicated to the parents.
· In these circumstances, the associated costs will be borne by parents/guardians.
4. Right to Review or withdraw
· The school reserves the right to review the placement of a student where, following ongoing intervention, monitoring and review, the provision is no longer deemed appropriate to meet the student’s best interests.
· Parents will be informed and supported in securing an alternative educational placement for the well-being of the student.
5. Regulatory Compliance
This policy complies with:

· KHDA Admissions and Fee Regulations.
· UAE Federal Law on the Rights of People of Determination.
· The school reserves the right to amend this policy in line with KHDA updates.
